Each policy is designed to take full advantage of the IRS rules on premium funding (Section 7702) without becoming a modified endowment contract, so more premium can flow through the policy as your income grows.
Most families send substantial cash out the door each month for a mortgage, vehicles and other obligations. VECTOR Hyperfund routes a portion of that cash flow through the policy first, then meets those obligations with policy loans. The goal is to make money you already spend work harder.
Cash value stays accessible through policy loans for vehicles, business opportunities, real estate or emergencies. No lender holds a collateral position and no bank sets your interest rate.
The long-term objective is a large, tax-advantaged asset that provides liquidity during your working years, financing flexibility, protection from market downturns, and tax-free future income through policy loans.
Indexed universal life credits interest linked to a market index. A policy's account value will never decrease due to a down market.

Many of Tom's clients work in technology, where equity compensation and changing jobs make flexibility especially valuable.
